Johnny Young

It seems Johnny has traveled most every mile of highway in America, playing his heart out for audiences both intimate, and grand. From The Nashville Palace, to The Vans Warped Tour, 30 Rock, to the Winter Olympics, this versatile guitar picker has toured internationally, shared the stage with legends, and affirmed his status as one of the hardest working acts on the planet. However, life changed when Johnnys father was taken by cancer, followed by his loss of livelihood, and residence due to the pandemic. Faced with a less than favorable situation, he decided to roll the dice, put his life to pen and paper, and head for Nashville to make a record. Enter producer/player Smith Curry, whom would rally the A list musicians, and oversee the making of the album. This record would serve not only as a tribute to his father and late brother, but also prove successful with fans and country radio alike, producing the singles, “Outlaw”, “Life is A Country Song”, and “So Long”, (featuring Georgette Jones) receiving play in over 25 countries. Johnny has since been touring the states non stop, and has recently released the singles “Skinny the Kid”, and “Old Dirt Road”, from the follow up Six Pack EP.
